specialized engineering services in the field of Boilers. Since its
inception, SITSON got good orders from co-operative sugar mills from
all over the country for boiler repairs, boiler revamping and for Boilers.
SITSON has speciality in manufacturing of water tube multifuel Boilers.
SITSON has manufactured Boilers suitable for fuels like coal, bagasse,
oil & biogas. SITSON has technology and capacity to manufacture
Boilers up to 150T/Hr. 85Kg/ cm2 - 510° C.
SITSON
has also supplied fluidised Boiler cum hot air generator for an ETP
project to burn spent wash powder. SITSON has supplied about 40 Boilers
of multifuel design.
SITSON
is also registered with N.C.D.C., New Delhi for supply, Erection and
commisioning for complete Sugar Plant on turnkey basis alongwith Boilers
approved under Indian Boiler Regulation.

is a reputed company engaged in the field of instrumentation and electricals.
SITSON Process Control Systems has engineered, supplied and commissioned
a number of fully customized Boiler and Sugar mill instrumentation using
DCS.
SITSON has developed complete range of Soot Blowers and has been supplying
Soot Blowers to most of the boiler manufacturers and actual boiler users.
The basic types of Soot Blowers manufactured are

2.Rotary motorized and Manual
3. Reciprocating.
SITSON has also developed fully automatic PLC based control panels for
Soot Blower operation.
SITSON has executed 3MW co-generation projects for captive consumption
of electricity. Besides boiler manufacturing SITSON is the pioneer in
Boiler revamping for increasing capacity, pressure and performance of
existing Boilers. SITSON has about 200 Boiler installations revamped
for increased capacity, pressure, temperature and performance all over
the country.
SITSON is carrying out engineering for 3MW to 40MW co-generation projects
for various sugar factories/ chemical industries and is planning to
execute these projects on turnkey basis.
